Use your order reference in the delivery tracking section of the customer portal, or contact the dispatch desk with your order number.
How do I request a Safety Data Sheet (SDS)?
SDS documents are available for every product in the Product Guide above, or can be requested through a support ticket.
What should I do if my fleet card is declined?
Check the card's limit and status first, then raise a Fleet Cards & Billing ticket with the card's last four digits.
How can a new dealer apply to open a station?
Select "Retail Station Support" in the form and our dealer onboarding team will share the requirements and next steps.
How are product quality complaints handled?
Submit batch number, delivery date and photos. Our quality team will investigate and respond with findings.
